Integra Environmental personnel have completed numerous SPCC Plans for diverse facilities such as airport terminals, fire stations, pump stations, universities, casinos, police departments, rock mines and port terminal facilities. The primary purpose of a SPCC plan is to prevent the discharge of oil into navigable waters (as defined in 40 CFR 112 and applicable case law) of the United States. At Integra Environmental, our expertise is vital in each of the requirements of the SPCC plan development. Following the development of a site-specific SPCC, we train our clients' personnel to be hands on the type of structures that present a spill risk and emphasize on best management and housekeeping practices as well as record keeping for their operations compliance. These live documents are revised when changes to personnel and process are made and every five years.
